Mannor Companies was founded in 1982 by Pat Mannor. The company originally specialized in a variety of commercial renovation assignments. From there, Mannor Companies expanded into more intensive building projects as their notoriety and experience grew with each satisfied customer.

In the years to come, Pat Mannor would recognize a need to weld the three steps of the building process together: planning, designing and building. He saw that many construction companies were unable to offer a range of architectural or design services to their customers, requiring them to hire several different companies to get projects completed.

Mannor Companies began to add architects and designers to their building team, providing the convenience of one-stop building for their clients. With the additional service capabilities, came a new construction methodology, as well as a new division: Anthony Patric Inc.

By 1992, API had launched its new client specific services, which included:

• A more prominent design department
• In-house architectural department
• Planning services (community zoning, building approval)
• Full service building construction

Not only did API revolutionize the concept of building, but they also changed the way they built. The company married the individual style of conventional buildings with the cost effectiveness of pre-engineered frames, while continuing to give you a quality construction your business can depend on.
