"I Trust API with All My Building Projects"

To date I have had 12 stores planned, designed and built by API, and have had an excellent 20 year relationship with the company from the very beginning.

Originally, when I started my first building project I had architectural plans designed and ready to put on my store façade and Pat Mannor was one of the builders bidding on the job.

When I showed him the architect’s designs Pat suggested that he could save us a lot of money because the building had been over-designed. By the time the project was done we got the same look that the architect we hired had done, but for about 40,000 dollars less. Ever since then I’ve done business with API.

Pat understands the clients and has a good feel for what the look should be. There are a lot of builders out that that do basically the same thing he does, which is building projects, but they don’t offer all the services that API does. From design to getting all the permits after the completion of the job this company has given me exceptional service.

I will definitely continue to use API in the future. I trust this company. If I run an idea past them and they show me a better way, I’m doing it their way! That’s just how much I trust this company.
